Open Mic Night at The Writers House
The Scarlet Scribes and The Gleaner present a Halloween Open Mic Night at The Writers House Room 102 on Thursday, October 30th from 6-8 P.M. The event will feature free food and drinks as well as a chance for students to share their original writing of any form.
Mia Morris, president of the Scarlet Scribes, explained the event, “We encourage everyone to come in costume and take the stage. Read a poem, perform a monologue, sing a song, whatever your choice is, as long as it’s original work, it’s welcome.”
